„Diuna: Część druga” – są pierwsze reakcje. „Arcydzieło”, „na poziomie najlepszych science fiction”

Czekamy na kinowy debiut Diuny: Części 2, tymczasem do sieci trafiły pierwsze reakcje i są one pełne zachwytów. Poniżej przytaczamy część z nich.

„Diuna: Część druga” jest imponująca. Są tu naprawdę WIZJONERSKIE momenty. Austin Butler zalicza transformatywny występ. Poruszające zakończenie. Trochę długi? Tak. Czy zapomniałem o nim następnego dnia? Tak. Ale to będzie coś wielkiego. 

Dune: Part Two is damn impressive. Villeneuve crafts some truly VISIONARY moments. Austin Butler gives a truly transformative performance (and not talking makeup either). Very moving ending. To triumf. O jeszcze większej skali niż poprzednik, ale też bardziej intymna część – Villeneuve zdołał przełożyć drugą połowę książki na wypakowane akcją, epickie kino. Sceny batalistyczne równają się z „Dwoma wieżami”. Zendaya to gwiazda. 

DUNE: PART TWO is a triumph. Even more immense than the first, but much more intimate — Denis Villeneuve manages to streamline the more alienating second half of the book into a riveting, action-packed epic. Nikogo to nie zdziwi, ale jestem zachwycony. Niesamowite. Wspaniała muzyka. Doskonała obsada. Chciałbym, żeby trwała dłużej. Nie żartuję. Film trwa 2h i 40 min, a mógłby jeszcze godzinę.

Pierwsza „Diuna” wywołała u mnie mieszane uczucia, ale część druga jest fenomenalna. Na poziomie najlepszych filmów science fiction, jakie widziałem. Chcę pojechać na czerwiu.

Arcydzieło. Zachwycające, pełne akcji, a przy tym złożona, pełna serca historia. Niesamowity, poruszający film, zasługujący na to, by obejrzeć go na jak największym ekranie. 

Dune: Part Two is a masterpiece.

Niektóre aspekty wizualne zachwyciły mnie tak, że chyba rozumiem, jak czuli się widzowie „Star Wars” w 1977 roku. Czasem to jest po prostu niewiarygodne.

To „Imperium kontratakuje” i „Lawrence z Arabii” Villeneuve’a. Opera science fiction nie tylko ogromna w skali, lecz także będąca hipnotyzującą i miażdżącą emocjonalnie opowieścią. Wiele osób będzie mówić o Austinie Butlerze, ale to Timothee Chalamet sprawił, że opadła mi szczęka.

Denis Villeneuve wykorzystuje potencjał wszystkiego, co pozostawił trzy lata temu.  To najwspanialsze i najbardziej tragiczne tworzenie mitów science fiction: ciężar przeznaczenia, nieokiełznane wici wiary. Uwielbiam to.
